Workshop Cancellation Policy
Crafty Little Bird·
Last updated October 2026
We know life happens! This policy explains what happens if you or us need to cancel or change your booking, or a workshop. Please read it before booking.
Cancellations by You

Notice is counted from the date and time of the workshop start. Please cancel by emailing hello@craftylittlebird.co.uk or messaging 07897493130 via text or WhatsApp.
Transfers
You may transfer your place to another date once, subject to availability, if you request it at least 7 days before the workshop. Transfers requested later are at our discretion.
Sending Someone in Your Place
You are welcome to give your place to a friend or family member at any time. Please tell us at least 24 hours beforehand with their name and any relevant details (such as allergies or access needs), so we can prepare.
Cancellations by Us
We may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due circumstances beyond our control. If we do:
- We will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone.
- You may choose a full refund, or a transfer to another date, or a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
- We aim to give at least 48 hours notice where we can. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you have incurred.
We may have a minimum number of participants to run each workshop. If we do not reach this, we will let you know at least 3 days before.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you for safety or teaching reasons, and no refund will be given. If you know you will be late, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Any payment processing fees charged by the provider may be deducted.
Questions
If your circumstances are unusual, please get in touch. We are happy to be flexible where we can.
